
Chanctonbury Healthcare Ltd is a growing business and believes in continuous development of staff and in being a good employer. It’s main business is providing Care and Nursing Homes for elderly people, and currently the three company locations are based in East Sussex.
The types of role that we have in the business are as follows:
- Service staff (covering housekeeping, laundry operations and kitchen assistance)
- Care Home Managers and deputies
The company believes in providing development and training and all staff are offered fully paid NVQ training in appropriate subjects.
Managers are offered training and development in higher education from NVQ 3 and 4 and Open University courses, with a 50% contribution from the company.
There are staff meetings on a regular basis and every month a Staff Questionnaire is provided so that any issues or challenges can be highlighted.
The company complies with every aspect of Employee law.

All staff in the company are required to have a Criminal Records Bureau check and a Protection of Vulnerable Adults List check, and have to provide at least two references, with one being from a recent employer.
