OWNERS AND THEIR PHILOSOPHY
The owners of Chanctonbury Healthcare Ltd are Barry and Sharon Sinclair. They were born and bred in Sussex, and have been in the care home business for over 10 years.
Barry had been a managing director in a care home business before starting Chanctonbury Healthcare Ltd five years ago, and Sharon was a state-registered nurse. Their extended family also own care and nursing homes.

Barry has experience in many businesses, among them property development, furniture and the music business. He is an entrepreneur and is well known throughout the care home business sector.

Barry and Sharon’s philosophy for their care home business is simple and straightforward:
